Privacy Policy
Effective July 22, 2026
This policy describes what information Dillon Park Partners ("DPP," "we," "us") collects through dillonparkpartners.com and how we use it. We built this site to tell you about our firm and give you a way to reach us. We are not in the business of collecting or selling personal data.
Information we collect
Information you give us. If you submit the contact form, we receive whatever you enter: typically your name, email address, company, phone number, and message. The form delivers this information by email to our firm inboxes. If you schedule a call through our scheduling link, the information you enter there is collected by Calendly under its own privacy policy.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard server logs, which can include your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. We use these only to operate and secure the site. We do not run advertising or analytics trackers, and the site does not set tracking cookies.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about our services.
- To evaluate whether an engagement makes sense for both sides.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website.
- To comply with legal obligations, if any apply.
We treat all inquiries as confidential. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except for the service providers that make the site work (described below) or where the law requires it.
Service providers
The site relies on a small number of vendors: Vercel (hosting), Resend (delivery of contact form submissions to our email), and Calendly (call scheduling, only if you use the booking link). Each processes data on our behalf under its own terms and privacy policy.
Data retention
Contact form submissions arrive as email and are kept in our email system for as long as we need them to handle your inquiry, maintain our records, or meet legal requirements. If you would like us to delete correspondence you have sent us, ask and we will do so unless we have a legal reason to keep it.
Your choices
You can browse the site without providing any personal information. You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
Children
The site is intended for business audiences and not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
